running open boat for ling 
and blackfish. We will head 
out to the ling/cod grounds 
and then try for blackfish 
throughout the day. This 
trip will be from 7 am to 
4 pm. The cost will be $125

The bite was good yesterday, 
first couple drops were the 
best, started out hot then 
turned to more of a pick. 
The guys put 20 keepers in 
the box and then when the 
wind came up and temp dropped 
a bit the bite just turned off. 
All fish were caught on the 
whites. Beautiful day for late 
January, and a very cool crew. 
Fish are still here and the 
weather looks great for this 
coming week so we are going 
to be running some more open 
boat blackfish trips. Don't 
miss out this could be the

Blackfishing was good again today. 
We moved around a bit but ended 
a couple short of our limit with 
22 keepers. Amazing weather for 
January, can't wait to get back 
out there! All fish today caught

We had good fishing today for 
our open boat trip. First drop 
was good right away and we put 
our limit of 16 blackfish in 
the box and one nice cod. As 
the day went on and the wind 
picked up it got a bit slower 
but we still picked at shorts 
and some more keepers. We will 
be back out tomorrow and will 
be running open boat trips this 
coming week and weekend. Give

12/30/11
After a tough trip yesterday 
the bite turned back on. We 
only had to make one drop 
today putting 35 keeper blackfish 
in the boat. The biggest fish of 
the day was 12 and a half pounds, 
which was released after being 
weighed. We also stopped on the 
way home to jig some bass putting 
3 keepers in the box before calling 
it a day. Great trip with a great 
crew. We are chartered tomorrow 
and then its party time!! Happy 
New Years Everyone!!!

We had good blackfishing yesterday 
for our crew trip. We headed down 
the beach making ice the whole time. 
Made only 1 drop and had a steady 
pick of fish putting our 30 keeper 
limit in the box. We will be running 
open boat trips this coming week and 
will be fishing in January for 
blackfish, ling, and cod. We will 
be running open boat trips, and 
are also available for charter.

The striper fishing was red 
hot today! Birds as far as 
the eye can see, bass and 
bluefish all over the place 
provided drop and reel fishing 
on the jigs. We had our limit 
and played catch and release 
till we couldn't stand it anymore. 
Also made a quick blackfish drop 
and put 8 keepers in the box. 
Good day. We have spots available 
on open boat trips this coming 
week on Friday, Saturday, and

We had an awesome day of blackfishing 
for the Rich Raymond charter today. 
Only made 1 drop and had action all 
day with some of the biggest blackfish 
we have seen yet. We had our limit of 
24 keepers for the guys, with plenty 
of 6 pound fish and the big boy of 
the day being 11! Caught by special 
guest star mate, Captain Chris Bauer. 
Nice fish brotha!! Great day. Off 
for the next few days and then we 
will be running open boat blackfish 
trips this coming Saturday and Sunday.

11/27/11
We headed down the beach today 
to find just as many birds as 
yesterday. Cut it lose on the 
drift and had 3 on before i shut 
the boat off. The guys kicked ass 
with the 47's and put their limit 
of 10 keeper bass in the boat in 
under an hour. We also released 
several shorts and had only 1 
bluefish. Biggest bass of the 
day being 33 inches. I don't have 
a scale. We then switched over 
to the blackfish, fishing was 
tough again today. Made a couple 
drops and managed 10 keepers. We 
are running open boat trips this 
coming week and are also available 
for charter. We will be fishing 
for striped bass and blackfish 
thru December. Don't wait to get 
out there.

11/21 & 11/22
Saturday we took a real beating on 
the anchor all day. Rough seas and 
wind made it hard for the guys to 
feel the bites. Put the boat up 
tight to the beach and the guys 
managed 15 keepers. Today we started 
out on the troll, we had plenty of
action with several short bass and 
1 keeper. Also had some bluefish. 
We made a few drops after that and 
put 16 keeper blackfish in the box 
up to 6 pounds. Back out tomorrow 
to give it hell.

11/19/11
I had my family and friends on the 
boat today. We only needed one drop 
to get the job done. Had the current 
running pretty strong but the guys 
managed to put their 30 keeper limit 
in the box up to 8 pounds. Had a 
better box of fish today with most 
of them being bigger size class 
than yesterday. Also had a nice 
cod to add to the box. Back out 
tomorrow.

11/18/11
We had Chris Od and the boys out 
today. Wind was hawkin all day and 
fishing was a lot tougher than 
yesterday. We bounced around to 
a few different spots, second drop 
of the day being the best. At the 
end of the day the guys had put 
22 keeper blackfish in the box 
up to 8 pounds. Back out tomorrow.

Also want to say thanks to Sam 
the sinker man, I gave him a call 
yesterday for an order of 100 
sinkers and he made em up for me 
and went out of his way to be at 
my boat this morning to deliver 
them to me. I really appreciate 
it Sam!! I recommend everyone 
give him a call next time you 
run outta led. 




11/17/11
We had the Kevin Bielik charter out 
today. We put the hook in for our 
first drop and never had to move. 
The guys picked away all day, little 
breezy but we made it work. They put 
their limit of tog up to 5 pounds in 
the box, released a bunch of shorts, 
and had a very nice triggerfish. We 
will be back out tomorrow, and are 
running open boat blackfish this 
coming Tuesday November 22.

Had my buddy Lit out today for his 
birthday. We headed down the beach 
and found tons of bird life. We jigged 
a bunch of bass, many were shorts and 
also some big blues. We then hit a 
piece near by and put some very nice 
tog in the box releasing at least 2 
dozen keepers. Great day!! Also, 
congrats to Captain Chris Bauer on 
getting his ticket! Good luck tomorrow 
brotha!!

   We had the Rich Schaller charter 
out today for some bottom fishing. 
We made a few drops and had action 
the whole time. We put 2 dozen nice 
sized porgies in the box and plenty 
of big seabass which sadly had to 
go back. We also put the crabs on 
and had a lot of nice blackfish. 
Can't wait till November!!!

We had the Derek Lasario charter 
out yesterday for some mixed bag 
fishing. Had some nice seabass right 
off the bat and then it slowed. Hit 
a wreck and had some ling and short 
cod, and then had some good fluke 
action on the way in with keepers

7/28 - 7/29/11
We headed out on Thursday for 
another wreck trip. We put plenty 
of big ling in the box, also caught 
and released some flounder. We also 
did some pot hopping on the way in 
and had some small mahi but nothing 
really of size. Very cool to see 
though so close inshore.
Today's trip had good fluke fishing 
for the Steve Falkenstein charter. 
We had action all day, and keepers 
up to 5 pounds. We will be running 
open boat trips this coming week

We had a good weekend bottom fishing 
on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturdays 
trip had several ling and a few short 
cod. We then made a few fluke drifts 
on the way home to add some keeper 
fluke to the box. Sundays open boat 
trip went well with 53 ling in the 
box and some bigger cod fish. We will 
be running open boat trips next week 
both bottom fishing and also for fluke.

We had great fishing today for our 
open boat trip!! The fluke bite was 
red hot with two on at a time and 
nice sized fish coming over the rails. 
We boxed up 27 keepers up to 6 pounds! 
We also released plenty of shorts and 
had 6 keeper seabass to round out the 
catch. Awesome trip. Back out there 
tomorrow.

We had good action today for the Matt 
Nolan charter. We hit a seabass drop 
and had 24 keepers. We also had 
several blackfish, which of course 
were released. We then cut it loose 
on the drift and had plenty of fluke 
with 2 or 3 coming over the rails at 
a time, unfortunately only one was a 
legit keeper. Plenty of 16 and 17 
inch fish. What can ya do. Back out 
tomorrow.

We had a great trip today for Chris 
Odonnell and his crew. Threw the 
net on the way down the beach and 
drifted with the live bait all day. 
We had lots of action as we boated 
5 bass up to 45 pounds and got to 
release another nice fish just over 
30. It was an absolutely awesome 
day with the big fish being my 
personal best. We also had some 
gator blues mixed in, and huge 
pods of dolphin swimming by. We 
still have spots open on open 
boat trips this week for both

fishing this week with some very

After having a really tough day on 
Sunday I headed out today with high 
hopes of finding some good fishing 
and we made it happen. We had the 
Henry Manning charter out today, 
started out on the troll with a 
couple nice bass and then set up 
on the clams and had them right 
away and for the rest of the trip!! 
The guys boxed up their 12 keepers 
pretty quick up to 20 pounds and 
then continued to catch and release 
for the rest of the day. Great trip!!

We had the boys from Rizzo Movers 
out today and had action as soon 
as the baits hit the water! We had 
their limit of 12 keepers and bonus 
fish in the box by 8 am!! We then 
caught and released for the rest 
of the day including a nice 20 pounder. 
Couldn't ask for a better day. Back at

5/13/11
We had the Duhnam construction crew out 
last night for some striper fishing. 
With the wind howling we bounced around 
from clamming to trolling before we 
finally got on em and put some nice fish 
in the box up to 20 pounds. This morning 
5/13 we broke the bad luck streak early 
on as we ditched the banana and boxed up 
12 keepers to 18 pounds. Good day with a 
good crew. We are out tomorrow and are 
running open boat trips this week for 
striped bass and also ling and fluke.

5/10/11
We had some good fishing for our open 
boat trip today. We had a good pick 
going at the end of the outgoing and 
then during the slack we were entertained 
by some nice tog coming over the rail 
(released of course) and also a seal 
swimming around the boat!! Very cool! 
We are back out tomorrow and will be 
running open boat striped bass trips 
next week and will start running open 
boat seabass trips in June. Give me

We had the Kevin Bielik charter out

  We had John Litowinsky and his crew out 
today and the fishing was the best we 
have seen yet. We boxed up 12 keepers 
and 1 bonus fish and then released 
many more nice sized stripers. The 
bite never stopped and we left em 
biting. Doesn't get much better than 
that! The afternoon trip was a bit 
slower but we still had some nice 
fish up to 16 pounds. We have openings 
still in May and June for striped bass 
trips, and will be running open boat

We had a great trip today with Ed Holland 
and his crew. We had two or three on at a 
time as the guys boated their 12 keepers 
up to 20 pounds and also released a good 
amount of keepers and shorts. Plenty of 
action and the nicest day all week. We are

boat striped bass the first week of May.

We had the Rob Vogel charter out today, 
despite the rain the guys toughed it out 
at the rail and had a good pick of striped 
bass all day. They kept 5 nice keepers and 
released the rest for another day. I hope 
everyone has a nice Easter and we will be 
back out on Tuesday. We still have a few

We had the Lorin Wels charter out today 
for some striper fishing. We had good 
action and had our limit of bass in the 
boat by 9:30. We then caught and released 
a few more keepers and a good amount of 
shorts. Congratulations to Lorin on catching

We had some good striped bass fishing this 
week, we had our limit of fish the other 
day with bass up to 36 inches. We are 
going to be running open boat striped 
bass trips on the following dates - -

Monday April 25 - 6 am to 12 pm
Saturday April 30 - 6 am to 12 pm
Wednesday May 4 - 6 am to 12 pm
Thursday May 5 - 6 am to 12 pm

We will be clamming, jigging, or trolling.

We had the Steve Falkenstien charter out 
today for our first striper trip of the 
season. We anchored up and had a slow pick 
going right away which then turned into 
two on at a time as the guys put 12 keeper 
bass in the box up to 36 inches. A great 
day to start our season. We will be running 
open boat striped bass trips next week.

Hey guys,
   It is finally time to start fishing!!! We 
will be running 8 hour open boat striped bass 
trips Saturday April 16 and Sunday April 17. 
The trips will be from 6 am to 2 pm and the 
cost will be $120 per person which includes 
all bait, tackle, and the tip for the mate. 
We will be clamming, jigging, or trolling.

We headed out for some toggin yesterday and 
had very cold water and not much action early 
in the day. Bounced around and finally got a 
bite going around 2 o'clock. The fish really 
started to chew and we were able to put 25 
nice keepers into the box. We are running an 
open boat blackfish trip on Christmas Eve

Had a great weather and a great day blackfishing 
today!!! Had alot of bigger fish and plenty of 
action all day. Had 22 keepers to 9 pounds, 
2 keeper cod, and a couple ling. Also threw 
back a ton of shorts throughout the day. We 
will be back out there tomorrow and will be 
running open boat trips again next weekend.

Hey guys,
  This coming week we are going to be running 
8 hour bottom fishing trips targeting blackfish 
and seabass. These trips will be on opening day 
of blackfish season November 16th and also on 
November 18th. These trips will be from 6 am to 
2 pm and the cost will be $125 per person which 
includes all bait, tackle, and the tip for the 
mate. We will be carrying both fresh clams and 
green crabs and we also have a fully enclosed 
and heated cabin for your comfort. We also have 
a couple spots still open for our Thanksgiving 
morning striped bass trip, and we are now booking 
striped bass and blackfish charters in December.

 11/1/10
 We had the Bill Deats charter out today for 
some striper fishing. We anchored up with 
the clams and had the bite going right away. 
We then picked away the whole trip and ended 
up with our limit of bass up to 16 pounds and 
then released 6 more keepers and also had a 
few shorts mixed in. A good day with a good 
crew, can't ask for more than that. We will 
be back out on Wednesday and we are running 
open boat striped bass /bottom fishing trips 
this coming Thursday and Friday. Give me a

We had good fishing for our open boat striped 
bass trip today. Started off slow with one 
keeper bass on the troll. Bounced around to 
a few more spots before switching over to 
the clams. Despite less than perfect conditions 
we were able to get a bite going and put 11 more 
keepers in the box up to 18 pounds before heading 
home. Seabass season reopens tomorrow and we will 
be running open boat striped bass / bottom fishing 
combo trips this week on Thursday and Friday.

We had the Bill Blomquist charter out today. 
We started off on the troll and never had to 
stop. Had a great bite all day with many 
double header keeper bass on one rig. We 
trolled our limit of 8 bass and then caught 
and released 5 more would be keepers up to 19 
pounds. We also had a few shorts and a bluefish. 
Always a good day when you cant keep both rods 
in the water!!

We had good fishing for both the morning and 
afternoon trips today. We started this morning 
with the clams and had a bite going right away. 
We picked through 50 shorts to put 6 nice keepers 
in the box and then picked a few here and there 
once the tide backed off. Headed right back to 
the grounds for the afternoon trip but couldn"t 
get em going again. We put 2 keepers in the box 
then switched over to the eels and put 3 more 
keepers in the box up to 15 pounds. Plenty of 
action all day and great crews for both trips.

8/20/10
  We headed down the beach today and I decided 
to try some blackfishing. We put the crabs 
in the water and those fish were there and 
hungry as we quickly boated our one a man 
limit. The guys played catch and release for 
a while and then we switched over to fluke. 
We had a bunch of shorts but managed to get 
3 keepers. After the tide slacked we tried 
some more bottomfishing to find that the seabass 
bite was pretty slow. We did however box a bunch 
of nice porgy's before we headed home. Pretty 
good day overall. We will be running more open 
boat fluke and bottomfishing trips next week.

We had the Brian Murray charter out today 
for some seabass fishing. The day started 
off a little slow but we finally got on em 
and were able to put 39 very nice keepers 
in the box and 1 big porgy. It was a great 
day of fishing with a great crew. We still 
have 2 spots open for our seabass/fluke open 
boat trip this Sunday August 22. Give me a

We have been running fluke/seabass combo trips 
this week with good results. We had Larry Valdez 
and the crew out the other day. We ended up with 
22 keeper seabass and 7 ling while bottomfishing, 
and when we switched over to fluking we weeded 
through what seemed like an endless amount of 
shorts for 5 nice keepers to what looked like 
5 pounds (i didn't have a scale). Congrats to 
Larry for catching every keeper that cleared 
the rail that day!!! We will be running more 
seabass/fluke combo trips next week. Give me

We had a great crew today for our open boat 
seabass/fluke trip. We bounced around to a 
few diffrent areas and with less than perfect 
conditions, and weeding through plenty of shorts 
we were able to put a good catch together of 27 
seabass, 5 fluke, and 1 porgy. It was a fun day 
all around. We will be back out tomorrow and will 
be running more open boat seabass/fluke trips 
next Friday and Saturday.
